SPECIAL CONDITION 4 (mental health treatment program): The court never mentioned this condition in the sentencing hearing, and Mr. Foley would have objected to it had the court verbalized it in open court. There was no evidence offered suggesting that this condition apply to Mr. Foley. This condition was not ordered, and therefore Mr. Foley requests that SPECIAL CONDITION 4 be removed.
