anything is up in the air at this point I guess. But since tweed got approved after retrofitting a 168k sqft area of the building and meeting the strict rules and ensuring proper security to ensure guild lines are met and having the other 300* sqft building open to lease, then I don't see why FITX won't be able get approved with out any issues. I do know its not a all or nothing deal with the inspection but they should execute with no problems.
