Unfortunately only two people know how this Adia and LVVV deal is going to work. Jason and Bill and they aren't talking right now.

My understanding of the Adia situation as it stands right now is:

Bill is the CEO of Livewire

Bill is also the CEO of Adia

Livewire will be doing all of their business as usual.. I don't believe this will immediately impact the way Livewire is doing business.

Livewire will also be doing the manufacturing for Adia. They already have the machinery necessary and it will be as easy as running some extra batches.

Adia will be paying Livewire for the production/manufacturing, so this will drive PROFIT directly to Livewire's bottom line. In the future, there could be something more but it sounds like for right now this is just going to be money in the bank!

Bill said in the interview that it shouldn't take him more than 15 minutes a day to run Adia.

It also appears that Livewire Distributors will be able to sell Adia products.

This should be extremely profitable for Livewire!
