First it's claimed Foley isn't NTEK, he's an employee that's all

Now, Dave is begging the court claiming he needs to take care of 50 employees

So which is it? He has 50 employees or he has nothing to do with NTEK.....

I guess D.F. himself admitting in court just a few weeks ago that he has 50 employees to take care of, after claiming himself numerous times he is only an employee. I think what D.F. admits in a court of law may be somewhat more believable than on a twit.

Since when does a minion employee have 50 employees to feed, isn't proof enough to the flock that D.F. may be a serial liar and perhaps really can't be relied on for honesty.

I'll wait until after the stuporbowl to weigh in on how the promised 'launch' worked out.

Notice that everyone has no clue with conflicting emails on what is really going on today.
