You really believe Eric has learned nothing the past 3 years, I disagree, below is the announced agenda

Agenda issues will include:

1). Distribution of Hannover House, Inc. Annual Report;
2). Review and Discussion of completed Audits;
3). Discussion of Corporate "Uplist" Opportunities;
4). Discussion of Revenue Growth Plans for 2014 / 2015;
5). Introduction and Discussion of New HH Ventures;

A "non-event" No.

But maybe not the earth-shattering things some are thinking or hoping for either.

The company has turned the corner and is growing for sure. Starting to file SEC forms, can't be scoffed at and have a $5m financing deal and the SHM being in NY is significant.

Now maybe some things will fall short of what some are hyping up: Such as growth rate, a SP explosion and maybe even the audit being done, and how fast good things come.
