I see it as the typical run-up that is common in penny plays when there is broad anticipation of a widely-hyped expected catalyst.

Whether news comes and whether that news is what is expected remains to be seen, but clearly, the anticipation is here.

I see many investors getting overly excited about the regulatory approval news even though I have opined previously that this is a simple matter of paper-pushing and that for a product like acetamenaphin that is already being sold in China, it should be a non-event (with the only surprise being if the approval was denied). I see more hype in the aftermath of receiving news of regulatory approval because investors are now anticipating the imminent announcement of actual money-making deals with distributors in China.

And this is where the real news will be. Whether SCRC will actually announce distribution deals -- and whether such deals will actually contain terms that are shareholder-friendly -- is still TBD. But make no mistake, the waiting period following the initial announcement of regulatory approval will be hyped like heck.

But to say that the recent runup equates to a conclusion that all the things you identified have taken place and that SCRC simply must have accomplished the laundry list of things you posted about is a dangerous assumption. AT THIS TIME, in the absence of news confirming anything at all, any relationship between the sp and anything SCRC may or may not be accomplishing is merely coincidental and not causal.
