The assumptions you make are coming out of your ass; the conclusions others are reaching come from verifiable dd about the company and T/A. Why do I have a feeling you don't know what dd and T/A are? In anycase, others here are drawing conclusions from things other than wild ass guesses, so don't even try to compare the two as if they're equally valid.
