I believe if there is very bad news coming out in next few weeks/months, all those directors will involved in lawsuit. But I really don't understand why the intensive insider selling happened in last 2 weeks!

I asked Remy to explain conflict btw CEO's statement on CNBC and insider selling. I don't expect much but we'd better do it.
