I posted the SEC link on my post 3273. After reading it more thoroughly I did see that the options are good for many more years. I agree with your "use it or lose it" theory. It's very suspicious that all the top management dumped shares or exercised options.

Any regulation to confirm your statement "They exercised options. If there was a sudden take- over those options are worthless"? Thanks.
