They are not going to rewrite patent law for Google! There are millions of cases with a lot of history! I imagine govt officials will tell Google to hurry up and settle this issue before it becomes to much of a political problem! Also, Blackrock wouldn't be buying the shares of Vringo if they thought otherwise!
