It's fantastic that the IR fiasco is finally over. This stock has great potential to move higher even after March 1st. It's obvious that the increase in A/S is to clean up debt and partnerships. I truly believe it is not the good Doc's intention to dilute the crap out of this.
The next move up will be based on the next move the company makes.
