I further base this opinion on the fact that Dr.Fraser attended the International Consultative Meeting on Seribiotechnology 2012,which took place from December 5th-7th respectively.

the Company has received an invitation from the council office of a foreign country to visit that country. The purpose of the invitation is to meet with governmental officials to discuss and explore the potential to produce the Company's recombinant spider silk there.

That,coupled with the March 25 2013 visit,from KBLB's press release:

Dr. Malcolm Fraser, PhD, an influential member of the Company's scientific advisory board, is in India meeting with scientists, government officials and industry.

It appears that both Kim and Dr. Fraser were both on foreign relations missions.
