Well, what is the definition of assisting? And no, I don't subscribe to the statements of Lumb not being involved. In fact, I think he is heavily involved from a money standpoint. I have been in another stock with very similar situations where a party involved was a vile individual. Had a past that was questionable but he was the money guy. Now, He remained a vile individual and did pretty good damage to the company because of his involvement but eventually the company was able to get him on a leash. Now, they are revenue producing with product on the shelves at major chains. So it can happen. . Also, I forgot to mention that for a time, that other company allowed this person to be the IR person as well as try to get additional financing through the sale, at a discount, of his shares that he converted from previous financing and then turn around and give them the money to finance the company. Because of that lesson learned, I take caution in listening to opinions that scream scam, scam, scam because of an individual involved that carries a shady past. But hey, you have to realize that 99% of these companies are filled with beginners. Not exactly blue stock management. However, here, we have someone who has a great resume who is also well respected in this industry. Everyone is free to make up their own minds. I have made mine up until further notice. But again, all of this has no bearing on why I came here or why I have stayed.
