BW Offshore is buying 1/2 our stake in Polvo.....it has been discussed in prior board minutes......but we don't know the price.

I suspect they will be making $10-$20M on the flip.....or drastically cutting operational costs as BWO runs the FSBO attached/associated with Polvo.
