Its against Colorado Law for people outside of Colorado to make money on Colorado marijuana.

Nobody's making money off the marijuana sold in CO just because they own the shares of a company. As a shareholder, I don't make a dime off Apple's iPhone sales but I do benefit because the sales create value for the shares.
