Yea RGI could pick up a mine that will never re-open. Great plan. Idaho Maryland is practically in the middle of a city now. That's part of the problem.
I knew Paul Smith pretty well. Have not seen him since '83 though. Glad he made it to '03. He must have made some changes. He may have been right about the Ruby... if they keep punching holes, they might get something good. Not easy. Many have tried. That mine has not just been sitting idle since the C.L. Best days.
