$50. PPS may seem high But in the year 2000 the PPS was $300.

I went back to the first chart and there it was, apparently there was a 15 to 1 reverse split. . .Any comments on what happened, that was the big drop year for all stocks . .The dot com bust!

I would be very HAPPY with $49. PPS (:

We've had discussions on buyouts many times here. The fact that the board of directors eliminated the poison pill provision last May sparked a lot of discussion. Sure, a buyout attempt in the teens is possible. However, I don't see that the company has positioned itself for a buyout anytime soon. They have established a business model that relies on a diversified group of big pharmas marketing their product lines. They probably will go with a single big pharma for Femprox, but that too may change if there is a fast track in Europe.

My best argument for a buyout is that a big pharma wanting Femprox would just as soon want to own the company. Again, I don't see it but it is possible.
