What I saw last night was probably some sort of mini seizure. My vet's office suggests that I bring her in for an evaluation and a blood panel since she is now considered elderly. However, I'm not sure a blood panel would show a reason for this incident. She has not shown any change in behavior or appetite and remained her active playful self.
Interestingly, the vet's office asked me to try to take a video if it happens again and send it to them. Perhaps my vet would have the same opinion that meds would do more harm than good.
