No, whai is not ordered to file any re-statement. Plaintiff has to file its amended complaint within 120 days of 11/21/06 even if whai does not file a re-statement with the sec. The defendants do not have to answer for 60 days after the amended complaint is filed. Usually no discovery is had until after the answer is filed.
