the good thing is... the honorable Judge Jackson is a very thorough man indeed... he sites so much case law in his Judgments that they are water tight.
he may have seemed to be dragging his feet to some but to others he is a man who dotted every "I" and crossed every "T" to make sure that he left behind a lasting legacy.
