So, what is VRNG's record against GOOG now with proceedings motions included? 48-1 (damn laches)? Haha. Have any of the naysayers presented any actual procedural mistakes with which to overturn on appeal? The only thing I've seen people saying about the appeal is that QE believes their case for appeal is strong, but then again everyone in Shawshank was innocent....
