Name/symbol change was first PRd by Aaron in Jan. 2012.

But How does a stock stay relatively dead for so long then all of a sudden go off



No doubt about it, paid for "attention" by Matt Dwyer so he could dump the 1.9B+ shares of RIGH he was given for $230K worth of notes as disclosed in the period ending Sept. 30, 2012 disclosure for the shareholders published by otcmarkets on Nov. 15, 2012.

No interest from that time until the new found attention. From the time he received those shares until the last month he had nobody to buy all those shares, until the last month.
