Pumping would be more advantageous for him, to sell shares above 0.0001.

But not pumping until there are revenues allows him and his people to get cheap shares.

There are 2 ways to look at this. Based on what has happened so far, the worst-case seems the most probable...but it is still possible that I'll make my money back!
