#3445 RE: Johnny4profits #3444

Welcome Johnny and thanks for stopping by. Since China imports more gold than the entire mining sector can produce annually there is no question ventures like this might be appealing.

We are currently in the "hurry up and wait" part of the process but I am optimistic we will get more details once year end earnings are filed.

As far as China buying the Fed? I am of the opinion a global reset in the gold price will take care of the world's debt and leverage problems. The Fed doesn't own anything but over valued paper assets and a balance sheet that would make most CPA's cringe. Unfortunately that means Americans don't own anything either and those same over valued "marked to model" assets is the now the "American Dream"

I believe gold will provide an opportunity, for those smart enough to accumulate it, that will allow countries like China to purchase American assets at a deep and significant discount. No need to pay full price when you know it's going on sale.

Financial analysts are talking about a 10% correction in equities. I think they are going to be shocked when they realize deflation is the medicine and these asset prices must correct. Owning precious metals in the US will change the lives of a few at the expense of the masses. I wish it didn't have to be this way but unfortunately I don't see it playing out any other way.
