Alright, GTC, I think you are probably close, but just for the game's sake, I will take Google (they need it to balance out what Microsoft/Rockstar has been taking from them), (I don't know where they are but let's just say the northwest US due to where VP is located), on Feb. 17, for $4-5 Billion :D (that's just the announcement.
