It looks like MSA will happen via the second method...purchasing NASCO Products...

"The NASCO Transaction contains termination rights, including a right for us to terminate the Purchase Agreement, at our sole discretion, if the closing shall not have occurred on or before January 31, 2014. At this time we do not expect to invoke our termination rights."

The BAT CL agreement looks way way too low..............can someone convert m tons to cartons to forecast sales to market share? I wonder if we got the shaft.........
