Well, I hope we will be able to put what you've said into context with a release of news on the appraisal and if we have contracts waiting to be executed and what they are worth.
Then as carbonator said if I recall correctly, we multiply that by 3 or 4 since GEC is only using a quarter of the land at Castleberry.
Then we add more sites if it's all that profitable to do so. Then there's something I guess going on with Hawaii.
If GEC does all that, I don't see how $35 million a year is a pipe dream. We'll need Pete's best effort for sure.
