Yes, another litmus test failed. As usual a huge bolus of dilution shares were fired into the up-tick to bring it back down. I am curious how much more it will drop, how many more shares will be diluted tomorrow? We will hear that we do not know that dilution has occurred, my response always is wait until the SEC filing comes out, and every time this has documented more and more dilution. I would be shocked if we were not in excess of 1,000,000,000 OS now. But I am as shocked how many fail to accept the reality that nothing good is going to happen until we rid ourselves of YAGI and now that cannot happen until we collect the court award from the current round of litigation; and that is still many months probably two years away.
