it just needs a little time, remember this is a small cap stock, with low volume, so you need to wait until there is some above average volume, it does move very quick, but again just be patient. its making a higher low this week so far, just look at some others and come back in a month. You will know, when there is 500k to 1m volume that will be a the signal of a break out
