Considering this has taken a nose dive from $1.5 while Hart and his NY stock cronies have done nothing but spend other peoples money and default on notes as the quarterly report thoroughly represent - I would hardly be optimistic with this scam. Same trading pattern as before, any large bids are nothing but their coordinated opportunity to liquidate more paper to line their own pockets. Watch how when the music stops, its drifts lower and lower.
Up 40% on small volume is what should worry you, unless you are the one trading and building the pattern. Again and in clear word: Investors keep off this one and any other investment where Mr Hart and Orr are involved. Chances are high to loose all you bring.
