We'll see how the SEC interprets it with regards to SKTO. I'm sure now that the wheel has really begun to squeak, that information will be made sure to be part of the investigation.
I surmise that "SEC takes its time" clock just sped up a bit.
In the meantime, Pharmajanes has to be up, running in non-Beta mode tomorrow.
I'm betting a slew of other PRs come out tomorrow, to divert attention.
