Exactly, just picking up on Sky's idea as well as his idea that Cerp will try what ever is available to them. This we may not be able to know (hmm.. wonder if the court proceedings are open to the public?) but as shareholders we should know if we are still shareholders soon. Where's CerperWoman when we need her? :).
