To ignore the current share structure and it's implications for a potential fifth reverse split is IMO fiscal suicide.

SNDY will have NO problem wiping out this current crop of shareholders to reset their bloated share structure. Just as they slaughtered the prior four crops of trusting and believing common share holders.

CE is not relevant to that eventuality, just as FDA was not relevant.

FDA in 2009, reverse split in 2010.

They LIVE off dilution dude! Look at the figures!!! And if they are going to actually try to repackage/sell their previously failed devices in Europe, the expense means the real dilution has just begun.

Look at the fact that they have to use paid promoters to hype and dilute its stock, look at the fact that the CEO continues to pay himself MORE than the entire annual revenue of the company! Who legitimately does that?
