Good Post and Points! Thanks for pointing out the fact that people will still be able to watch UltraFlix content (whatever it might be) despite their not having a Nuvola NP-1. I had forgotten to consider the ability of people to access UltraFlix via their computers, tablets, smart phones, etc. in a recent post where I questioned the release of UltraFlix without Nuvola's as being somewhat illogical. You're right...it may not be visible in 4K but it will be visible nonetheless.
I guess I was just hoping there may be some kind of joint venture of sorts with NTEK and Amazon with Amazons Instant Prime Video being available via UltraFlix. I know...wishful thinking.
To me it would seem to be a win-win situation for both because Amazon as well as the content owners i.e. Paramount, MGM, SONY, etc. would all benefit from having the content sold and played anywhere and everywhere. If UltraFlix is available throughout the world at large as a web based application and the content owners and distributors are not stuck with only striking individual deals with Cable & Satellite companies, it would make monetary and logistical sense to do so. While NetFlix has a very nice head start they are by no means immune from competition.
