Reported AFFO of .26 which is very solid. Next quarter should see jump in AFFO. Guiding for $1.13-1.19. Spinoff of ARCP on pace for June. They believe the combined dividend will be raised ($1.073), to me everything is going well here. Nothing to worry about in my opinion. In the meantime I will continue to collect My 7.7% dividend and wait for fair value which I believe is about $17-18 in my opinion.
