The legal action clearly indicates that Henthorn, Steciw and Bjornson are being sued by the state along with Baristas partnership. This is a clear indication that the three person applied for a license to hire staff in the name of a partnership. And that, at some point in time, they filed returns in the name of that partnership with those three individuals and their spouses being responsible. This they did of their own volition or when prompted by the state to do so when the non-payment of wages court case was decided by the courts against them.

But the Barista Corporation that supposedly is a public company is registered in Nevada. If the public corporation for which Henthorn reports quarterly financials runs Baristas, why isn't the name in the court case. Furthermore, if the public corporation in Nevada by the baristas name were doing business in Washington legally, there would be a record thereof. So, it appear clear that for stockholder purposes Baristas is being presented as a public corporation registered in Nevada, but for the purposes of paying payroll taxes in Washington, it is doing it as a partnership.

Let us also understand that there are two Innovative corporations in Washington with the Henthorn name attached to it, as well as, one with the Exosphere name and one with ReelTime. And who knows what else. We know that there are corporations in Nevada with the Henthorn name attached to it and also in Florida.

There is only one thing that we can conclude from what we can figure out: Barry Henthorn has no qualms about creating business enterprises in order to manipulate the situation. In most states, one can create a corporation or a recognized legal partnership for a few hundred dollars. To create multiple structures in order to move funds around is a common pattern for those trying to avoid responsibilities is a good way of obfuscating the records. In the fifteen years that Henthorn has been running public companies, he has declared less than ten million in total revenues. There is a lot more hanky-panky going on in here that anyone on the outside can clearly discern, but certain things are clearly obvious.
