The reason I am not sold on this "scam" by FS is how transparent he is. Why would he put on the home page of the website the OS shares admitting dilution. He could not say a word. Also IMO going on radio every 2 weeks and having everything he is saying on record would be very stupid if this was a total scam. He would leave himself open for numerous lawsuits and jail time. Anything is possible , but I don't think FS would be that stupid.
