They apply for the grow license when the building is finished and passes inspection... I don't believe April 1st is the deadline because it wasn't too long ago that April was the anticipated start of the project due to ground conditions. The start of the current MMJ patients to have to buy MJ from Health Canada is April 1st.
I thought that was the date om at work can't look it up, but I agree with price couple photos or video of a building going up ...But I think we are going to use the money from phot for phase 2...When they announce that the whole 10 acres will be built out by the end of the year we will see .30 +..
