rcaptain re distribution software w/ kiosk...

re:

"Endexx Partners With Xeden Cloud Concepts"

I believe these guys are behind the software in the kiosk and this new system provides seed to sale integration across multiple platforms including mobile. The PR does state without the need for kiosk. I don't believe kiosks were ever practical from a cultivation perspective. And perhaps that's why we haven't heard anything more about kiosks? I would think this fits into the phot plan. I just haven't gotten it to boil to the surface yet. BTW. They will be doing a demo in Feb. Hmmmmmm

Rcap, you've hit on a crucial end component that I feel will be part of phot's supply chain solution via the conduant of their kiosk system.

you're right, kiosk's by themselves are a dime a dozen & not even practical for solely a cultivation enterprise. thus, imo if this comes to fruition, it strongly implies it being utilized in much larger breadth.

the vital & lucrative component to such a kiosk system is the software that operates it & the creation thereof of a network for it to ride upon. & that type of software wont & cant be simple code.

wh/ for phot is a major advantage.

for phot, it points to the kiosk as a part of a distribution network that can facilitate all of the following: one that is compliant; one that can provide inventory control; one that can be used in the private sector by consumers on multiple platforms; & one that allows the govt to access easily a digital trail.

this software inturn will have to deal w/ very tricky litigation distribution parameters. along w/ the inventory control of a product wh/ is its own unique animal, and not analogous for ex to tobacco. it is a unique product wh/ can be grown, stored and distributed all in the same facility.

software to manage all that has to be robust and be supplemented w/ potent intellectual capital, both on the tech & legal side.

who in the pot indust has such exec capital?

I only know of one who can bring sterling, hammer & crowell together w/ the inventory digital manag skills and connections of Marco.

whom ever we go w/ to get such software, they will have to be a company that has advanced inventory software & meta network platform capabilities.

I've heard of Xeden & it does logically makes sense as a play, b/c its what will be needed if the kiosk is going to truely expand into being part of backbone network of inventory & distribution.

I will say though, the distribution software industry has several other players so it may come from somewhere else. regardless of who the company is we go to, the bottomline is, if it happens, it will be Marco's baby in re to setting it up.

One imo has to go back & really think about when he was hired. You have to wonder, why was a guy from the software industry brought into this enterprise.

On one level, if you didnt project out what the model might or could be, one couldve easily said, it was a real reach to bring him in. a left field move into an industry that on one level was just about growing pot.

but under a larger view of this model, its scale & phot's vision, Marco starts to make perfect sense. If you come to the conclusion that phot's model expands into distribution, inventory control & compliancy fluidity, then he becomes vital.

I am strongly of the belief thats why he is there. he is associated w/ name companies in inventory software. Thus imo his skills are being focused thru the crosshairs of what the kiosk will become, both for the private & public sector. And in the vein, I certainly wouldnt count out his own company, visualant dovetailing into our model & fold.
