No... Uhh..I DO MY DD. I read, follow along with filings & research the stocks I go LONG in. After I am invested, I don't STOP doing my homework. That is not what I would consider inside investing, I'd call it WISDOM, intelligent-investing & being a hard-worker.
Or, "OUTSIDE INFORMATION" if you prefer. It is READILY available & NOT a STITCH of what I have written has been nothing more than MY OPINION (&/or SPECULATION) conceived/based-upon a STRONG FOUNDATION of DD the company makes public to investors.
I also buy & test products, visit facilities, talk to competitors, do market analysis, pay for services, PACER (procure legal documents), get reports on factories, background checks, & MUCH MUCH MORE!!!
Too bad that even the simplest, most basic, FREE & AVAILABLE DD that the company disseminates is NOT KNOWN to their own investors: DESPITE the fact that I, MYSELF, have POSTED the stock buy-back information about a DOZEN TIMES. Only within the last week, & I am sure others investors have as well.
So, by definition if the company puts it out & other investors post on it; then...NO. It is NOT insider information.
In fact, I JUST posted that very public piece of OUTSIDER INFORMATION only moments ago!!!
