The CEO has obviously enjoyed success in his other
businesses & ventures. The monies NTEK paid him, &/or
his salary, savings, inheritance, personal wealth, etc.
is far LESS MATERIAL to the FACT that he has been
buying shares EVERY MONTH since October or so &
has bought as HIGH AS $0.17.

As I mentioned before - if David Foley was selling shares all that time while his brother Jeff was buying - it's a wash.

Might be good to keep an eye on what shares are due to come off restriction - IF they are following the one year holding rule.
