I was surprised to see APRI up on substantial-enough volume on a day when the general markets fell significantly.

For the first time in 12 trading days we did not finish below the 200dma, but today closed right on it (looking at 6-mo daily chart).

Maybe some institutions are starting to nibble some shares....
