agree the shares are in our accounts....and I believe have been there for a while...not sure what day they were put into our account and I am not admitting or claiming to know crap about stocks as this whole IPO/152c11 or whatever its called works...
I have spoken to a handful of brokers and other people and the way that I understand it....
-Please correct me if I am wrong but I have a lot of skin in 800 so obviously want it trading sooner then NEVER...and trading at MDB$ levels....
The way that I look at it is that they did the Reverse when it went from MWIP to MWIPD....once the D was removed it put forth the chain of events that gives the go ahead for 800 to start trading but IMO the SEC had more comments and after those comments were cleared up then it put forth the completion which once again I am not 100 percent on the completion/registration Efffective or whatever the "F" we want to call it,,,,,
but from what my broker says the SEC makes comments,,,the company responds and has u resubmit it with NOBO list/etc.....and until they approve it,,,u keep going around and around like a freaking merry-go-round.....
One would think it would be as simple as walking into an office with all documents that they are requesting...They say ok and then you are on your way...but that would be way tooooo easy....
So they make you go through the process.....and unlike the NASDAQ when you know when a company is doing an IPO (they announce it etc...think twitter...facebook...blah blah ......
so they submit form/forms/documents and poof one morning we wake up and 800 is trading......All I know is mountblunt starts Friday and 800 should be close......just don't know what everyones definition of close is......I think by March worse case....But what the duck do I know.....just a voice in a chat room,,,,,
