Sure looks like it. I see a bid of .0002 and ask of .0003 with over 9M shares bought so far today.

There has been a bid of .0001 for weeks now.

I just wonder who and why? I don't want to get excited yet. I own a ton at .0001 so if this turns into something real I would make a lot. But so far it looks like someone just keeps playing with it for some reason unknown to me. Unless there is a solid basis for future appreciation I don't want to get my hopes up.
