ontheedge01, would you agree that Baker and Boone have the power to dissolve CDEX Nevada as a corporation, since there is not transaction ever recorded that the title for the company has been transferred/sold/given to MP or anyone else? Just be honest.

And don't come back with your ridiculous consultant agreement Baker and Boone signed with CDEX and was cancelled. That was MP as the CEO (not incorporator/owner) of CDEX who hired them as consultants.
