Well the EMC now changes to WHA. Rambus is being passed along the chain. William Alsup will likely recommend Whyte shortly.

I think the biggie today was Alberta Telecommunications being moved to March 16th. We just had one week that was way to heavily weighted with Payne.

Read the Micron Technology v. Rambus Inc. 707 & 708 dockets. Looked to me like Micron wanted the slow path and Rambus wanted the express trial path. Maybe some one can access those 709 steno notes for us. (Notes on file in Clerk's Office) Hint Hint
