what does it tell folks if the next material event filed out of mgmt is the K

that inflow is damn close to outflow and cuts made a significant impact

imo the longer mgmt goes without updating financing
the more months mgmt got out of that $2,141,538 noted
in the last Q filed

for the record i do expect financing and an 8k to be filed this Q

but clearly it is coming far later than i'd anticipated
(originally >> eo Dec 2013 or by mid Jan 2014) which i find <even more> positive
