I'll give you this. With the way todays markets are run, nothing would surprise me.

Too much volatility to know exactly what will happen but...

For a long this is proof that the CANX JV, which requires PHOT to ask for the A/S increase, is going to run just how stated by Sterling and the 8k.

Not flooding the market with shares, but buying assets to increase the PPS of PHOT!

Shares used to acquire a 25% ownership in CEN. Sale of needed equipment for the top MJ facility in the world. A 7.7% cut of gross revenue!

Long term, this goes a long way towards seeing the vote to raise the A/S as a vehicle of growth over profit taking.. Today, next week, whenever... the PPS will move forward.
