I'd say sometime towards the end of next week as we get closer to the 14th. Many are looking for some kind of indication here, one direction or the other, and that's partially what's holding the stock back. Personally, I think it's too soon to run anyway. Last thing we need is a quick run up well before the 14th, and a drop in PPS upon even good news. All my opinion.
