I am pretty sure these are shallow test wells to prove they can mobilize the oil, not actual production wells. They are shallow and super cheap to drill, but just enough to prove economic viability then they would bring in a big partner. That is at least the way it was explained to me by somebody close a while back. That could be wrong but seems like investor presentations validate that. It is a big "if", but "if" they get good results, the stock will go bananas. More so than anything they would get out of a half dozen production wells at Tejon. There is absolutely insane reserve potential.
